'Make Innovation Real’ at Innova Flanders 2022

25 February 2022

Innova Flanders is the only pure innovation event in Europe for innovation-oriented professionals and organizations. Join us for three days of inspiration, innovation and training to identify your opportunities for strategic growth and accelerate your growth strategy.

The first European edition of Innova will take place on Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 and Friday 17 June 2022 in Ghent. After editions in Colombia and the United States, Belgium is now hosting the first Innova conference on European soil. The choice of Belgium as host is no surprise, given that the country is one of the EU's innovation leaders, thanks to the sustained efforts of its knowledge institutions, companies and governments over the years.

Organizer Don Keleman from IXL Center explains: “Organizations want and need to innovate, but many have no idea how to do this. At Innova Flanders 2022, attendees will be introduced to disruptive trends to elevate their business. Moreover, a group of diverse national and international innovation experts will share their winning approach in the race towards strategic growth. At Innova Flanders 2022, it’s all about results!”

United we stand

"When companies innovate and thereby succeed in getting a head start over their competitors, very often it is the result of cooperating with complementary partners. United we stand, that is an approach we strongly encourage at Sirris and Agoria, and which we also have anchored in our own ways of working. For companies that share the same view, events such as Innova Flanders are actually indispensable: you can pick up ideas, get to know trends, hear experts on themes that are important for your business as well, now or in the future, and let’s not forget, you are bound to make contacts for possible partnerships. The entire eco-system will be present: multinationals, SMEs, start-ups, but also represented will be governments, academics and research. An opportunity like we had far too few of over the past two years, due to COVID,” according to Brecht de Roo, Manager Sustainability, Product Compliance & Innovation at Agoria and Ben Vandeputte, Regional Director Flanders at Sirris.
