Since December 2021, I’ve been supporting company founders at Sirris and Scaleup Vlaanderen as a Growth Engineer Consultant. My job is to translate visionary ideas into concrete, strategic action. I help founders turn ambition into structure, momentum, and results.
I act as a bridge between long-term vision and short-term execution. I bring expertise in pitching, go-to-market, pricing, internal scaling, and international growth – especially in SaaS companies.

I’ve gained over 20 years of experience across sectors including cybersecurity, digital asset management, customs and customer experience.
At Quentris, I founded the Security business unit. At ADAM Software, I supported international growth through to acquisition by Aprimo. At Customs4trade, I shaped and led the Sales & Marketing team and played a key role in two investment rounds as Chief Revenue Officer.
