Workshop

‘How to build a remanufacturing business case in practice?’

Remanufacturing, repairing, repurposing, refurbishing, reusing, ... are all valuable circular strategies. The question is how to be sure that you are exploring and testing the most optimal strategy, specifically for an SME context. With the Circle project, Sirris provides you with a step-by-step approach, supporting information and practical tools. During this interactive, hands-on workshop you will be guided through the process and review the tools and information.

This workshop will be postponed to a later date. You cannot register at this time. For more information, contact Thomas.

The Cirkel project wants to accelerate the start with remanufacturing by, on the one hand, guiding companies with a pragmatic, step-by-step approach towards their pilot project and, on the other hand, by giving them insight into the key technologies that can be used by SMEs for the various circular operations within remanufacturing. The aim is to bring all this together in ready-to-use tools, so that you as a company can get started yourself.

Before widely distributing the information we created in the Circle project, we go through an iterative process in which we want to validate our work. Therefor we organise an this hands-on workshop. During this interactive workshop you will be guided through the process and review the tools and information.  The idea is that you can use the tools for your case under our guidance, so that you gain insight in your business case and into the business case decision process.  This way we want to  to help you limit the risks and increase the chances of success.
