The 'Boosting Human Capital in the 21st century' (BHC21) project investigates how innovative learning tools such as serious gaming, virtual and augmented reality and video instruction can help train the low-skilled. The focus here is on technical training for the manufacturing industry. For this Interreg 2 Seas project, partners from West Flanders, Hauts-De-France and Kent County are working together.
