As Community Manager Manufacturing & Energy Transition at Sirris, I am developing a new activity portfolio from our FacThory site at Thor Park in Genk, focusing on innovation in manufacturing and the energy transition. 

My mission is to bring people, ideas, and technologies together to accelerate industrial transformation. I turn business needs into new projects, services and products, and collaborate with partners to strengthen technological progress.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for industry, I work at the crossroads of business, technology and sustainability. Every project is an opportunity to turn innovation into tangible impact for companies. Let’s shape the future together!

Work experience

Since 2024, my focus is on shaping the “Manufacturing & Energy Transition ” portfolio at Sirris, based at FacThory (Thor Park, Genk). In parallel, I continue to work one day a week for Agoria as a Business Relationship Officer (BRO), supporting around 60 member companies from the Antwerp and Limburg regions. Together with over 350 colleagues from Agoria and Sirris and a growing network of external partners, I am dedicated to creating lasting impact in the technological industry.

Fun fact  

As an active 55+ professional working part-time, I’ve learned to appreciate what I once had little time for, spending moments with my (grand)children and reading non-fiction, especially books that link economics, business and history.
