Restart of the in-depth foundry technology course

At the request of foundries and their customers, Sirris is once again organising the foundry technology training course. The series of lessons combines live and online sessions and covers the entire casting process, from preparation to quality control, for both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The training course consists of five separate modules that can be taken individually or as a whole.

 

For whom?

For Dutch-speaking technicians and engineers working in the foundry sector, and for technical personnel who regularly work with castings, such as designers, intermediaries and users of castings.

The course consists of five modules, each combining live sessions (Sirris Zwijnaarde, 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) and online sessions (3:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.):

Foundry Technology Training Programme 2026

You can choose to take all modules or select one or more modules. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course. To test the knowledge you have acquired during the training, exams can be provided free of charge. This will be arranged in consultation with the teachers after each module. You will then receive an exam certificate.
