At Sirris, I help manufacturing companies accelerate digital innovation (Industry 4.0+) by bringing industrial partners and R&D suppliers together around shared challenges. I coordinate the Accelerator projects, where companies define priorities and provide resources and funding, while R&D partners develop and validate scalable digital building blocks on industrial pilot lines.
Together with my team, I am expanding this ecosystem through a Learning Network, enabling additional companies to join as pilot partners and pave the way for future Accelerator projects. Sirris coordinates this initiative with support from Agoria, Flanders Make and VLAIO.

Work experience
Throughout my career, I have worked across project and R&D management, operations, business development, product and portfolio management, and purchasing. I also gained entrepreneurial experience by building a start-up through to exit. My international career includes roles at Philips in Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Singapore, and at Asea Brown Boveri in Germany.
My previous technical experience includes e.g. vibration analysis and Design Of Experiments (DOE).
