Webcast: How to protect a trade secret?

To enjoy the protection of trade secrets, you have to take reasonable measures to ensure secrecy. What are they?

Trade secrets benefit from the protection provided by the Belgian law of 30.07.18 so long as the person who legitimately controls them has taken reasonable measures, given the circumstances, to preserve the confidentiality of the information.

The directive does not indicate what may be these ‘reasonable measures’ of a technical and/or contractual nature.
