Véronique Dossogne

Véronique, civil engineer by training, helps businesses make their production processes 'faster, cheaper and more efficient' thanks to the Quick Response Manufacturing strategy. She advises them on realistic pathways of progress adapted to their limitations in terms of time and money. She is particularly concerned with administrative procedures, order processing on delivery, stock management and the control and layout of the workshop.

Thanks to her experience in various project executions for different sectors, she knows the strengths and weaknesses of Flexsim as a tool for simulating process flows to model future production system setups and to anticipate problems caused by poor dimensioning.

As the Standards Antenna Industrie 4.0 contact, Véronique raises awareness among her colleagues and the businesses to the expected benefits of using open standards when building data and exchange architectures.
