Pascal Pollet

Pascal joined Sirris in 2005. He is thoroughly experienced in lean manufacturing and in the implementation of self steering systems. Since 2009 he has been helping companies to radically shorten their lead time with the Quick Response Manufacturing strategy.

He also supports enterprises in drawing up their technology strategy, in fine-tuning their business models and researches the possibilities of lean product development. Pascal Pollet obtained a Master's in Electrical Engineering at Ghent University. After graduating, he worked as a researcher in optical systems and imaging algorithms at KU Leuven.

After a few years he made the switch to the industry, where he worked in the engineering and production departments.
