Karel Brus

Karel started work at Sirris as an ICT Support Engineer in 2011, where he provides technical support for the Heverlee, Kortrijk, Zwijnaarde and Brussels locations. He is also responsible for telephony, security and e-mail administration and is responsible for certain projects.

Karel can be proud of an IT career covering more than 20 years, in which he has been an IT Helpdesk Engineer, Field Service Coordinator, IT Field Engineer, IT Support Coordinator and ICT Support Engineer at various companies and has also worked via outsourcing with many large companies and multinationals in various sectors, including BP, Coca-Cola and Medtronic.

In the course of his wide-ranging career Karel has passed many exams and obtained several certificates, including ITIL Foundation, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications, Projects Methodology, Microsoft Exchange 2010, SAP and Office365. He also has a number of Microsoft Certified Professional certificates.
