Protecting the solutions of Artificial Intelligence

A webcast for understanding how to protect Artificial Intelligence solutions to make them pay.

In order to set up effective protection of the intellectual property related to artificial intelligence (AI), its different components have to be taken into account, algorithm, data, computer code, hardware, etc. and different rights combined including copyright and patent rights. Business and contract secrets are also important in this field.

Contracts, and especially everything concerning data and licences for intellectual property rights, will depend on the current and future use model envisaged for the technology. Many factors have to be taken into account and analysis with a view to monetising AI and/or data has to be multifaceted - business, technical and legal aspects all come into play.

Sari Depreeuw of Daldewolf discusses these topics and presents her thinking on how to manage the protection of artificial intelligence solutions (in French).
