Do not miss the second Factory of the Future Awards presentation!

It's almost time! The second national 'Factory of the Future' will be officially announced on 4 February. At least seven innovative companies will be receiving the 'Factory of the Future' label this time round. Once again a lot of interest is being shown by industrial companies wanting to attend the event: more than 300 have registered already. Would you like to attend?

This time the presentations will be made by Charles Beauduin of Michel Van de Wiele NV, based in West Flanders and a global player in the manufacture of textile systems and one of the leading lights behind the Made-Different stories. Charles Beauduin is chairperson of the Federation of Belgian Textile Manufacturers, and also director at Agoria, but above all, he's a dyed-in-the-wool industrialist with a strong penchant for innovation.

Reasons why you should attend

  • You will be introduced to the new Factory of the Future companies in Belgium and many other companies that are well on their way to achieving this status. Their approach and experiences will doubtless inspire you to take another look at your own activities.
  • From Pascal Bos of the Dutch production company JAZO, based in Zevenaar, you will receive first hand information about the strongly human-centred PRET strategy, where the focus lies on the corporate culture as the means of obtaining the desired results. Conduct in accordance with the PRET formula results in pleasure, good returns, energy and satisfaction.
  • You will be able to freely network with other companies that like you are sympathetic to the idea of bringing about transformation in the manufacturing industry in our country.
